Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an industrialist and thinker. He created Social Discovery Group, an worldwide technological corporation with primary location in Malta, and co-owns Dating Group.
In 2016, he founded the SDG Arts Foundation.
He has received a PhD in philosophical theory and co-founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Theoretical Department of Moscow State University.
